1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using "JINSHI Tweaks" (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

The license is valid for use on one (1) personal computer at a time per purchase.

- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Software.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall JINSHI Tweaks team be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
