Digital Products Policy
Refunds are available if you have not used the software. Because JINSHI PC Tweaks & KBM Tweaks is a digital product that grants instant access to license keys and downloadable software, our policy is based on whether that access has been used. You are entitled to a 100% refund if the app will not load or run on your PC, or if your license key or keys remain unused — that is, never activated.
Activating a key does not, by itself, end your right to a refund. If you cannot get the software running on your machine, we refund you whether or not a key was activated — a key activated on a PC the app then refused to open on is exactly the case this policy exists for. Where the software runs as intended and the request is a change of mind after use, we look at it individually rather than refusing automatically: tell us what happened and we will consider it.
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have statutory cancellation rights, and nothing in this policy removes them.
To request a refund, email jinshitweaks@gmail.com from the address you purchased with, and include your order details and which app is affected. Our support page covers the problems that most often lead people here — rejected licence keys and apps blocked by antivirus — and both are usually fixable in a couple of minutes.
