What is JINSHI Tweaks?
JINSHI Tweaks is Windows optimization software for competitive PC gamers. It is a set of four Windows desktop applications — PC Tweaks, KBM Tweaks, Network Optimizer and CleanPC — that apply documented changes to Windows settings and let you reverse any of them.
It is not a game modification, an overlay, a network proxy, or a driver. Everything it changes is a Windows setting you could change yourself through the registry, Services, Power Options, Device Manager or the network adapter properties. What the software provides is that those changes are collected in one place, applied in one pass, and individually undoable.
Who makes it?
JINSHI Tweaks is developed and supported directly by its developer rather than by a support team or an outsourced desk. Support is handled by email at jinshitweaks@gmail.com, and the same person who writes the software answers it.
The software runs on Windows 10 (version 20H2 and later) and Windows 11, on both desktops and laptops.
What does it cost?
Each application is GBP 30.99 as a one-time purchase. The complete bundle of all four is GBP 34.99, also one-time. Both prices exclude VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your location.
There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge of any kind. Every future update and new feature is included for the life of the licence. One licence covers one PC at a time and can be transferred to a new machine by deactivating it on the old one.
What does it actually change on your PC?
Four categories of change. Registry values, mostly relating to input handling, scheduling and network stack behaviour. Windows service start types, so services you do not need during a game are not competing for CPU time. Power plan configuration, including processor state minimums. And network adapter and TCP/IP settings such as DNS and offload behaviour.
The full list of individual tweaks is published on the features page, and the homepage lists all 134 PC Tweaks toggles by the exact name they carry inside the application. Nothing is hidden behind a vague description.
What does it deliberately not do?
It does not modify, patch or replace any game file. It does not read game or system memory. It does not inject code into any running process. It does not install a driver or a kernel-mode component. It does not route your network traffic through a third-party server, which is what a ping-reduction proxy does and is a different product category entirely.
It also does not overclock anything, change BIOS or UEFI settings, or touch GPU voltages or clocks. Those carry hardware risk and are left to you and to the tools built for them.
How do you undo it?
A System Restore Point is created before changes are applied. Beyond that, every individual tweak can be switched back off from the same list it was switched on from, and Restore Defaults reverts all of them to Windows defaults in one action.
This matters more than it sounds. The common failure mode with manual tweaking is applying twenty registry changes from a forum thread and then having no idea which one caused the instability you noticed a week later.
Who is it not for?
If your PC is already clean — no startup clutter, no overlays running, a sensible power plan, current drivers — and your game is GPU-limited, Windows-side tuning will not meaningfully raise your frame rate. Nothing here changes what a graphics card can do. In that situation the honest recommendation is to lower in-game settings or enable an upscaler, both of which are free.
If your problem is high ping caused by distance to the game server, no local setting fixes that either. Local network tuning addresses jitter and avoidable local delay, not the physical route your packets take.
And if you are comfortable editing the registry, managing services and configuring power plans yourself, you can do everything this software does by hand for free. The guides on this site are written so that you can, and they list the specific values rather than telling you to buy something.
Why are there no benchmark numbers on this site?
Because we have not independently verified any, and publishing figures we cannot stand behind would be dishonest. Results from Windows-level tuning depend on the specific machine: what was running before, how the power plan was set, which drivers are installed, how much memory headroom exists, and whether the game was CPU-limited or GPU-limited to begin with.
A percentage improvement measured on one PC does not transfer to another, so quoting one implies a promise the software cannot keep. Other products in this category do publish such figures. We would rather describe the mechanism precisely and let you judge whether it applies to your situation.
