version 1.0.0
Initial public release
JINSHI Tweaks 1.0.0, released .
What changed in 1.0.0?
The first public build of JINSHI PC Tweaks, following a closed beta. This release established the three things the product is built around: every change is a documented Windows setting, a System Restore Point is created before anything is applied, and each tweak can be reversed on its own rather than only as a batch.
Full change list
- New Complete interface rebuild, replacing the beta's utility layout with the current design.
- New AI Hardware Analysis: scans the machine and reports which optimizations are relevant to its configuration rather than offering the same list to everyone.
- New System Restore Point creation before any tweak is applied. This is created automatically and is not optional.
- New Registry optimizations extended to cover Windows 11 24H2, which changed the location or behaviour of several settings the beta targeted.
- Improved Network stack tuning reworked: DNS selection, TCP parameters and adapter power management are now applied as separate reversible items rather than as one action.
- Improved Background memory footprint of the application itself reduced.
- Improved Restore Defaults now returns settings to Windows defaults rather than to a snapshot, which is the behaviour documented on the support page.
Settings this release touches
Each of these is documented in the settings reference, including what it does and whether it is worth changing.
